On Thursday, December 27, 2018 at approximately 10:02 AM, the People's United Bank (formerly Farmington Bank) located at 486 Silas Deane Highway experienced a robbery. Two unknown individual entered the premises and produced handguns and approached the teller. The male/female suspects proceeded to rob the bank. The tellers complied and the suspects fled on foot in an undetermined direction. The Wethersfield Police are investigating. There currently is a $1,000.00 reward offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
