Light skinned African American male with a beard wearing eye glasses and a black baseball hat with white high-lights; Black and White checkered button up shirt, black or dark colored pants; entered the Key Bank located at 195 Church Street New Haven, CT at 08:35:45 and passed a note to the teller. After being handed cash the male then reached over the safety glass to retrieve note and exited the branch onto Elm St heading towards Orange street.
