At approximately 10:44am, a lone white male that appeared to be in his 50s, with a raspy voice, some/short facial hair and shoulder length hair wearing a black knit hat robbed the People’s United Bank, Vernon S&S Branch located in Vernon, CT. The suspect entered the location and handed the teller a demand note written on an envelope. Upon receipt of the cash the subject exited the branch, taking the note/envelope with him.
