On Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 at 13:07 hrs a banking center customer was making a cash deposit at the Webster Bank, 377 Cromwell Ave Rocky Hill Ct. The customer placed cash on the teller line counter and a male suspect grabbed the money and ran from the banking center. Rocky Hill Police believe this may be the same suspect that committed a bank robbery at this same Webster Bank location on November 4, 2015
