On 8/6/2015 at approximately 0657 hours, ATM Skimming devices were attached to a bank ATM in Norwalk, The devices were detected by a bank employee during morning inspection and the Norwalk Police Department was contacted. The devices were very well made and blended into the ATM making it difficult for customer’s to detect. The skimmer was secured to the machine with non-residue epoxy and the PIN capturing device was secured with double sided tape and above the PIN pad. The machine targeted was a NCR drive-up ATM. Area financial institutions have been notified and will be increasing ATM inspections. It should be noted that the devices are on the machine while the branch is open. The depicted suspect (Page 2) was previously active in Connecticut in December 2014 and January 2015. Devices are usually installed during early morning hours and remain on the machine for 24 Hrs. before being removed between 0600 and 0830 hours the following day. Anyone having similar incidents with the depicted suspect are requested to contact the following investigators:
