On July 13, 2015 male entered Webster Bank, 326 Highland Ave Waterbury, Ct demanding money from a teller. The teller compiled with the suspects demands and retreived money from the cash drawer and presented it to the teller. A witness observed the suspect leaving the bank in a hurry and followed the vehicle and also notifying the Waterbury Polcie who apprehended the suspect and driver of the vehicel
