Lone BM thick eye glasses entered branch, asked for withdrawal slip from teller. Went to CSR desk and wrote hold up note. Went back to the teller and presented the note which said "EMPTY THE REGISTER OR GET SHOT". Teller complied and suspect left the branch without incident. Suspect left the hold up note. Waterbury PD are investigating.
