The individual was identified as a black male, approximately 6&#39;02&quot;, average build wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, camouflage face mask, and a hat. Suspect was apprehended shortly after the robbery</p> Case ID 27008 <p>On 04/07/2020 the Windsor Locks Police Department responded to 360 Federal Credit Union in Windsor Locks to investigated a fraud/identity theft case. The suspect opened up an account at a local bank and applied for a $15,000 personal loan, using a fake CT DL. A majority of the withdrawals against this loan occurred at various ATM machines in parts of Harlem and the Bronx. Attempting to ID the female suspect. Ref case 20-3634. Det. Brad Schaffrick, 860-627-4686.</p> Case ID 27005 <p>On 10-28-2020, At approximately 4:30 PM, the Peoples United Bank located at 95 Main Street, New Canaan, CT 06824 was robbed. Two suspects entered the branch. Both wearing a &quot;Gator face covering&quot; Subjects were very aggressive. One subject went behind the teller line and starting opening top drawers, yelling &quot;not enough&quot; and threw the drawers down on the floor. After getting the money he could from the drawers he ordered the employees to lie on the floor. He stated any wrong moves and he will shoot. Employees noticed a gun with blue tape in one of his hands. The subjects exited the branch. Preliminary investigation indicates that subjects are the same as the Fairfield SS robbery on 10/13/2020. No injuries were reported. The suspect, a white, male, wearing a mask, baseball cap, grey shirt with tie and kaki trousers, entered the branch and approached the teller. He handed her a note stating it was a robbery. The teller froze and the subject displayed a barrel of what appeared to be a gun. The teller took all the money from her top drawer and handed it to the subject. The subject exited. A customer asked if the subject just robbed them. They responded yes and the customer then chased after the customer. The alarm was activated. No injuries reported.</p>
