male suspect conducted inquiry into victims bank account at the Wells Fargo Bank in Rocky Hill, CT. Hours later using the victims debit card information, an unknown person purchased three (3) money orders at the Post Office in New Britain, CT totaling $4,200. All three money orders were paid to an address in Burbank, CA and the name on all three orders appeared to be Artak Okhoyan. Victim does not know how or when her card information was compromised.
