On Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 8:48 a.m., a middle aged white male subject entered the New Haven branch office located at 153 College St., New Haven. The subject walked directly to the teller window and demanded cash. The teller removed cash and handed the subject same. The subject quickly walked out of the front entrance and proceeded towards George St. The subject was described as a white middle-aged male, approximately 5'9" in height, wearing a heavy rust colored jacket with a hood, a pair of tan colored pants and tan colored work boots. The subject was wearing reading glasses, a winter hat and a scarf, which was wrapped around his face to conceal his identity. It didn’t appear the subject was wearing gloves.
