Good afternoon every one, at 11:54 AM today, September 9th, a male entered Webster Bank located at 5 Wigwam Ave Waterbury, CT 06704 and approached a Universal Banker and presented a note that said “this is a robbery”. He said “no funny money” and directed the UB to go to her second drawer. The UB tried to get the note by the subject held onto it. Waterbury PD is investigating this robbery.
