On October 11th, 2016, a Hispanic male wearing a black and red Chicago Bulls hooded jacket, blue jeans, black baseball cap, sneakers and carrying a backpack, entered the Hartford-Broad Street Store thru the front entrance and went to the check writer, turning his back to the tellers. As the suspect approached the teller line, he displayed a device with exposed red wires. The suspect handed the teller a note that stated, "I have a bomb. Don't scream. Put the money in the bag".
