Over the past 2 Months, the below depicted suspect has targeted financial institutions in Connecticut and Massachusetts with a quick change fraud scheme. Subject was last in Springfield and Weymouth, MA on 4/6/2016. Subject has a heavy accent and may be of Nigerian nationality. Suspect is also suspected of quick change frauds throughout the U.S. Suspect may also frequent casinos and other gambling locations. Suspect’s Modus Operandi may be as follows: -Will ask teller to exchange 100 dollar bills for $20s. Subject then asked for tens but was able to retain some of the $20s prior to the switch. If the depicted subject enters your financial institution and attempts a quick change fraud, please contact your local police department immediately.
