At approximately 11:45 am a lone individual entered the First Niagara Bank located at 1065 Main Street East Hartford, CT. The suspect loitered in the bank lobby and waited for a specific Teller to complete her transaction. Upon completion the suspect approached said Teller and passed a demand note. The Teller complied and the suspect fled on foot.
