On Oct. 22, 2015 at 09:25 hrs. a male suspect wearing a baseball cap backwards, black sweatshirt and sunglasses entered Webster Bank 326 Highland Ave. Waterbury and presented a demand note to the Universal Banker. The Universal Banker retrieved money from their cash drawer and presented it to the suspect. Waterbury Police Det. Baxter is investigating this robbery.
